DESCRIPTION:Orchestre symphonique de Saint-Malo\nPierre Sosin\, direction\n\nProgramme\nLudwig van Beethoven (1770-1827)\nLes Créatures de Prométhée op. 43\, extraits \nJoseph Suk (1874-1935)\nScherzo fantastique\, op. 25 \nCamille Saint-Saëns (1835-1921)\nBacchanale extraite de l’opéra Samson et Dalila \n\n\n\n\nPrésentation\n\nPour ce concert d’ouverture\, laissez-vous emporter par un programme contrasté et envoûtant\, mêlant chefs-d’œuvre du répertoire et pépite méconnue. \nLes Créatures de Prométhée est le seul ballet composé par Beethoven. Créé à la même période que sa Première Symphonie\, il marque déjà son éloignement progressif des codes du style classique. De cette œuvre\, il laissera une Ouverture devenue célèbre. \n\n\nUn siècle plus tard\, le compositeur tchécoslovaque Josef Suk écrira Le Scherzo Fantastique\, une pièce trop rarement jouée aujourd’hui\, à découvrir absolument pour ses mélodies tendres\, contrastant avec un orchestre brillant aux couleurs slaves. \n\n\nEnfin\, la Bacchanale\, extraite de Samson et Dalila de Saint-Saëns\, viendra clore cette soirée avec énergie et fougue.
